Odette is located in La Plaza Popocatépetl in the Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City.

The main intention of the project was to bring the kitchen closer to the consumer in order to showcase the different processes of making bread. For this reason, the column was used as the main architectural element that defines and at the same time separates the kitchen and store space, allowing views to be filtered from one space to another.

The color palette and textures used for the design of the bakery were the result of an analysis of the Art Deco architecture of the area, in order to incorporate and interact discreetly within the context.
